eXact Insight Group provides international recruitment consultancy and workforce supply services. We act as a bridge between skilled Ghanaian talent and global employers.

2. Ethical Recruitment (The Zero-Fee Mandate)

• Candidates: eXact Insight Group operates under a strict "Employer Pays" model. We do not charge candidates any fees for recruitment, placement, or "processing."

• Prohibition: Any third party claiming to represent eXact Insight Group while soliciting fees from workers is acting fraudulently and should be reported to info@exactinsight.uk.

3. Client Obligations (B2B)

Clients engaging our services must adhere to international labor standards, providing safe working conditions and honoring the contractual terms offered to the candidates.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and capability statements, is the property of eXact Corporation Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we vet all candidates and partners thoroughly, eXact Insight Group is not liable for the final employment decisions of third-party employers or the conduct of employees once deployed, beyond our standard replacement guarantees.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
